Cyprus Property Market Continues to Grow

Cyprus’ property market continued its strong performance through the first seven months of 2026, with activity remaining above the levels recorded during the same period in 2025.

Between January and July, 12,047 contracts of sale were deposited across Cyprus, compared with 10,561 during the same period a year earlier. This represents an increase of approximately 14.1% year on year. July became the strongest month of 2026 at that point, with 2,040 contracts of sale recorded nationwide.

Limassol continued to play a leading role in this growth. Between January and July, the district recorded 3,959 contracts of sale, compared with 3,304 during the same period in 2025 — an increase of approximately 19.8%. In July alone, Limassol recorded 695 contracts, up around 20% year on year.

Completed property transfers across Cyprus reached a declared value of approximately €2.70 billion between January and July 2026. Limassol accounted for approximately €1.084 billion, representing around 40% of the total declared value of completed property transfers across the country during that period.

These figures reflect continued activity in Cyprus’ property market and reinforce Limassol’s position as one of the island’s most significant real estate markets.

For Serenade, this growth forms part of a wider picture: a city that continues to evolve, attract investment and create new opportunities for contemporary residential development.

Limassol continues to grow — and so does the way people choose to live in it.
